Color In Kind's warehouse is located in Glendale, California. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and observes national holidays. At this time, Color In Kind is only shipping within the United States.
We strive to provide excellent customer service with prompt and fast shipping. Our goal is to process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Cost of shipping may vary and will be determined based on selected shipping options, order weight and destination of shipping.
Free Shipping offers are valid only on orders shipping within the continental U.S.
If you are eligible for free shipping, you must select this option during checkout or enter your special promo code in order to receive free shipping.

Color In Kind guarantees that you will love our products! If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return or exchange within 14 days of purchase date. All returns must be pre-authorized by our Color In Kind team.
To complete your return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase and reason for return. All products must be returned in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Return address will be provided upon authorization of return via email.
As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue you a refund in the same form it was purchased in.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.
